Founded in Valencia in December 2016 by Marc Arn and Pascal Walliser, inpeek Business Technologies S.A. started its activities as a technology center for inpeek AG, the Swiss parent company based in Bern, and has dedicated mainly to consultancy and development of innovative solutions in the SAP environment. In the early years, the number of employees and projects in the Valencia team grew steadily, with several successive locations in the city, thus, contributing to corporate growth and expansion including a team of four developers that has worked on a software solution for the healthcare sector between 2017 and 2021. In the summer of 2020, emineo AG, a company founded by Christoph Winkler, Werner Zecchino and Marcel Zimmermann and partner of inpeek in Switzerland, which also focuses on developing solutions in the SAP as well as in the JAVA environment, joined inpeek Business Technologies, SA as a shareholder.

Consequently, the company in Valencia was renamed as inpeek emineo, S.A., supporting since then both parent companies in various projects. In the summer of 2021, the new company name INEO Innovative Technologies, S.A. was launched as part of the jointly defined growth strategy. INEO Innovative Technologies has endowed itself with an independent corporate design retaining however the spirit that has brought us here: on the one hand, the passion for successful projects and excellent solutions, and on the other, the desire to share knowledge and experiences and to focus on conscious interaction with others.
